I can relate to struggling to study! It's exhausting and feels neverending sometimesss :(

During my maths A-levels, I pretty much just forced myself to keep doing practice questions. Don't feel bad about looking at example answers - they're teaching you a pattern of steps to get to the answer. Also, if you have to memorise any formulae, writing them down separately can help so that you can refer back to them during your work until you've read+written them enough times that you can remember them easily.

Good luck with the revision! I'm sure you'll kill it in your exams!
